The new European Regulation 3234/2024 has been published amending Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as regards the date provisions by 12 months.
Regulation 1115/2023 refers to the availability on the Union market and the export from the Union of certain basic and derived products linked to deforestation and forest degradation and is of particular interest to producers and converters of paper packaging.
